Return and Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer refunds on returns.
We gladly accept exchanges on all unworn, non damaged items for online credit within 7 days of delivery.
All Sale & Discounted items, Accessories & Bodysuits are FINAL SALE, no exceptions.
We are not responsible for shipping and handling costs on the return.
Orders are shipped Monday through Saturday. Most orders are shipped within two business days from the order date. Orders placed on Sunday and select holidays are processed on the follwing business day.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are delivered inside a mailbox of the shipping address the customer inputs at checkout. Please double check that you input the correct information for shipping purposes.
Once your package is shipped we are not responsible for them. Once they are dropped off at the post office the liability is between you and USPS. However, we will do our best to help you locate your package since every order comes with a tracking number. In the case where the tracking says delivered but you haven't received your package, you can visit your local post office or contact USPS to file a claim.
Terms and Conditions
All merchandise is inspected thoroughly before shipping. We cannot take fault on damaged items after they are worn. You must notify us within 24 hours of receiving your package if there are any manufacture defects or an item is broken.
We do not restock all items. An item is restocked when the manufacturer makes that certain style again. You can email a restock request to email@example.com and we will try our best to get a restock on your desired item.
